Hasil Bizenjo hints grand alliance against PTI govt

QUETTA: The President of National Party (NP), Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo has said that efforts were underway for the formation of grand alliance of opposition party in the country to launch a massive movement against the installed government of PTI in the country.
Talking to newsman in Sibi town after attending party convention on Sunday, he said that the alliance would be comprising of PPP, PML-N, JUI-F, National Party and other opposition parties.
Mr. Hasil Khan Bizenjo said that NAB was formed by military dictator to victimize political leaders and once again the PTI government was also using NAB for the elimination of opposition leaders and parties from the political field. “NAB is playing the same role it played during General Musharraf government,” he said.
He regretted that both PPP and PML-N’s elected government failed to abolish doctorial laws of NAB and the PTI government is using it in the name of corruption. He said that his party thinks that after 2018 elections a doctorial government returned back in the country.
He said that the same people were inducted the PTI led government who remained ministers in Musharraf government. Senator Bizenjo said that establishment was hatching conspiracy since last two years to disqualify Nawaz Sharif and ousts PML-N elected government. He said that PTI government was installed with the help of NAB used by the establishment.
Referring Presidential election, Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo said that PPP committed political blunder refusing to support joint candidate of opposition party. “It was a big mistake of PPP, which harmed the opposition alliance,” he said.
The National Party President claimed that despite not supporting opposition candidate, the former President Asif Ali Zardari could not safe himself from arrest. “Zardari will be arrested soon,” Hasil Bezenjo said.
He said that government with the help of establishment was trying to weaken opposition and using all tactics in this regard. However, he said that opposition parties will not bow down before a government which was brought into power through rigged election.
Opposition parties have started contact for forming a grand opposition alliance comprising all major political parties including PML-N and PPP. “After October opposition alliance will be formed and a joint movement will be launched in the country to challenge PTI government,” Hasil Khan said.
He said that through arresting leaders of PML-N and PPP government wanted to divert the attention of the people of the country who have started protest against sky-rocketing price-hike. He strongly criticized the PTI government for increasing gas and electricity prices.
He welcomed the appointment of Justice (Retd) Amanullah Yasinzai and said that his appointment will create harmony among the people of the province who belong to different tribes and nationalities.
