YDA sets protesting camp on poor health facilities in govt hospital Published on – March 6, 2018 – 2:55 am

06/03/18   QUETTA BalochistanExpress: Young Doctors Association Quetta chapter has protested on Monday against lack of facilities in Government Hospitals and demanded government attention towards flaws in providing health cared to the masses.
The Protesters commenced a rally from Civil Hospital Quetta chanting fully throat slogans against Provincial Government poor response towards providing healthcare to the people of Balochistan.
Carrying banners and placards inscribed with their demands the protester set a protesting camp at Civil Hospital, “We want to provide better healthcare to poor patients can’t afford private treatment but unfortunately our rulers are gripped in political reluctance and not interested to address public issues.” Dr. Yasir Khosti President YDA Balochistan addressed the protesters.
He continued, being a doctors we have important responsibilities towards our public in terms of healthcare, “We have been demanding adequate facilities in all government Hospitals.”
YDA’s unit president of BMC Hospital Dr. Ali Naichari said, yet Paramedics in Balochistan are deprived of facilities and allowance being given in other provinces, “We have shared our demands with provincial government officials in past as well, but they have turned away their faces from our valid demands.”
Speakers in the protest said, YDA will continue its protest unless our demands couldn’t be filled, reiterating to continue their movement.
